Your satisfaction is our top priority and returns and refunds are accepted for any manufacturer defects within 14 days of purchase. For any unused items returns can be made within 7 days of purchase.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please do keep a copy of your return tracking number. Houssential can not be held liable for any packages that get lost in transit back to our receiving warehouse. Items must either have a manufacturers defect or be in unused condition to qualify for refund or exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date that we receive your return to process the refund.
