Yes, contrary to many companies selling products online, we do not ship any products that we don’t currently stock. All products purchased from us will be processed and shipped from within the US.
Our goal is to provide quick and easy shipping. All orders are processed and sent out 1 business day after your order was placed.
We always try to pack your items in the safest most efficient way possible. In the case that product gets damaged in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get it resolved for you ASAP.
Once an order has been placed and processed, we can not cancel the order. We do however offer easy returns, so once you receive your item you can absolutely return it for a full refund within 14 days for manufacturer defects or 7 days for all other unused items. Please note that we don’t cover return shipping. Just contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
There are three (3) ways to check the tracking information available for your package:
1) When you place an order you will receive an email titled Shipping Confirmation, where you will receive a link to your tracking information. With this link you can check in on the shipment’s progress until the package arrives.
2) You can track your order by entering your email address and order number on our Order tracking page.
3) Feel free to visit USPS.com or FedEx.com and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the shipping carrier’s website.
Once an order is placed, you should receive your order confirmation email within a few hours. Please be sure to check your spam folder in your email account to see if it has arrived there. Also, please ensure that the email provided when checking out was spelled correctly. If you still can not find it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds processed today typically take 3-4 business days to show up in your account. If 4 business days have passed since receiving refund confirmation and you have not received it into your account, please email use at email@example.com so we can track the progress of your refund.
